Request received; study to start in November 2026
At the landowning company's request, we plan to study building three MgO plants.
The plant building and equipment will not be large-scale; we will plan only the size needed to house three units.
Solar panels will be placed on land next to the plant and combined with moringa cultivation and biochar production.
We will set out the operators, responsibilities and staffing for manufacturing and farming.
We plan to introduce moringa cultivation and a biochar system, and will confirm the land, equipment and uses for the char.
We plan a carbon credit business and will confirm the applicable scheme and methodology, and measurement, record-keeping and certification requirements.
Current progress
Mr. Kenji Shirai, an outside director of Bio Rimotex, has asked for three MgO plants to be built on land owned by his company, Green Life Corporation. Detailed study is scheduled to start in November.
Sales of plant products and farm produce are kept separate. Sharing heat and resources between them will be considered after the equipment specifications are confirmed.
Three units is a planned figure. Equipment specifications, the specific scale of farming and project costs have not been finalized.
