Considering renovation and use of a clinic

Purpose
We plan to develop a clinic and a nursing home after confirming local medical and care needs.

Proposed facility
The proposal concerns an existing clinic in Fukuoka Prefecture. Renovation scope, facility conditions and business terms will be confirmed later.

Facilities and equipment
We will study medical facilities, housing and care facilities, medical equipment and staff spaces.

Study and operation
Sakurakai is considering renovation and use. The Yusugikai medical corporation is to run the clinic; the nursing home is at the concept stage.

Corporations and officers
The Yusugikai medical corporation is being set up by Sakurakai. Mr. Egawa is to become a director of both corporations.

Service structure
Medical departments, doctors and staff, facility type, capacity and beds will be set to suit local conditions.

Current progress As of October 12, 2026

Sakurakai is considering renovating and using a clinic proposed by Ms. Sanae Kajiwara, an officer of Bio Rimotex. The renovation and the start of operations are future plans.

Approach to revenue and costs

Medical, care and housing income and costs are separated, with finances drawn up for each operator. How the facility is acquired and built, and the funds needed, will be defined.
