Led by Sakurakai and the Yusugikai medical corporation, a local social welfare corporation will be set up to run the nursing home.

Mr. Egawa is to become a director of both Sakurakai and the Yusugikai medical corporation.

Leadership
Mr. Toshihiro Morii leads development as an adviser to Sakurakai. The clinic is planned to be run by the Yusugikai medical corporation.
Current progress
City hall has been consulted about opening the nursing home, with an application planned for spring 2027. Led by Sakurakai and the Yusugikai medical corporation, a local social welfare corporation will be set up to run it. Moringa cultivation is also being studied.
Approach to revenue and costs
Income and costs for care and farming are planned separately. Nursing home construction and running costs and moringa growing, harvesting and sales costs are calculated individually.
