BioRimotex

Connecting precious lives
to the future.

FOR LIFE. FOR COMMUNITY. FOR THE NEXT GENERATION.

Bio Rimotex Inc. is a translational research company that sees materials and energy, forestry, agriculture and fisheries, welfare, and animal protection as one cycle, and implements technology all the way to the point where it works in society.

01

Our Philosophy

To protect life,
we connect technology, nature, people and communities.

Materials, energy, forestry, agriculture, fisheries, welfare and animal protection. Our businesses may look separate at first glance, but they share the same starting point: how can we protect precious lives and pass on to the next generation an environment in which life can continue? Bio Rimotex gives shape to that question within society.

01 / 13OUR PHILOSOPHY

Connecting precious lives to the future.

02 / 13OUR VISION

Building the future of people and communities with nature and technology.

Research and technology do not change society simply by existing. We verify them, combine them, link them to local issues, and carry them through until they work in people's daily lives. Energy, environment, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, welfare — rather than treating different fields separately, we think of them as one cycle. That is how Bio Rimotex implements technology in society.

Protecting nature means protecting life.

03 / 13TRANSLATIONAL RESEARCH

Turning knowledge into social value.

Discover technology. Verify it. Combine the necessary technologies and people. Then implement it until it works in society. Translational research is not simply about commercializing research results. It is a bridge that carries past experience from the present into the future, takes systems born in one region to the next, and hands them on to the next generation.

Our Business

What we work on
is one single thing.

ONE PURPOSE. FIVE FIELDS. SOCIAL IMPLEMENTATION.
Our five fields are not separate businesses. We connect technology, nature, local industry and people, and turn them into systems that work in society.

04 / 13OUR BUSINESS

  1. 01Materials & EnergyHigh-purity MgO, renewable energy
  2. 02Forests & Resource CirculationForest management, biomass, biochar
  3. 03Agriculture, Forestry & FisheriesFarming, moringa, fisheries, environmental restoration
  4. 04Wan-Sta ModelRescue dogs, young people, local industry
  5. 05Welfare & CommunityEmployment for people with disabilities, elderly care

We are not simply doing many different things.
We are building bridges to the future in many different places.

03

Projects

Starting social implementation
from the regions.

Kota Town in Aichi, Wajima City in Ishikawa, and Makino on Lake Biwa in Shiga. We face the resources and challenges of each region and give shape to our projects one by one.

05 / 13KOTA PROJECT

High-purity MgO —
from Kota Town to society.

Through the production of high-purity magnesium oxide (MgO) and the use of renewable energy, we aim for a regional model in which the environment and industry are in harmony. Technology does not reach society on expectations alone. We verify quality, continuous operation and real-plant conditions as we build a regional model where the environment and industry coexist.

Address
Kota Town, Nukata District, Aichi Prefecture
Purity
99.99% (target: 4N grade)
Site area
Approx. 1,000 tsubo (approx. 3,300 m²)

Features
Indoor installation, low environmental impact, in harmony with the community

06 / 13WAJIMA BIOMASS

Tending the forest to protect the mountains.

A regionally circulating biomass power business that uses Wajima's rich forest resources to generate renewable energy from wood chips. Thinned timber becomes chips — and then local energy.

Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture (details undisclosed)
Output
1,994kW
Fuel

07 / 13LAKE BIWA / MAKINO

Starting social implementation from Lake Biwa.

Enrich nature. Enrich the fish. Enrich fisheries. And enrich the community. Using the water system that runs from a former fish farm into Lake Biwa, we work to improve sediment and purify water. By building on these results, we aim to contribute to improving the environment of Lake Biwa in the future.

08 / 13MAKINO MASTERPLAN

A site plan that connects water, life and community.

A regional model where people, animals and nature coexist. The plan places everything on one site — from seed production and land-based aquaculture to processing and shipping, a rescue dog facility, a café, a dog run and employment support.

This is at the planning stage and will be adjusted through detailed design and consultation with the relevant authorities.

04

Sustainability

People, animals
and nature, together.

Growing forests, protecting life, and having every person take part in the community with a role of their own. From the cycles of nature and the bonds between people, we build communities that last.

09 / 13GREEN CARBON

Creating nature's cycle.

Through the power of plants such as moringa, forest management and the use of unused resources, we restore nature's cycle and pass it on to the next generation.

  1. Moringa
  2. Forest management
  3. Thinned timber & unused resources
  4. Biochar
  5. Carbon neutrality
  6. Forest & farmland restoration
  7. Soil regeneration
  • Cultivation, processing and regional rollout of moringa
  • Circular use of forest resources and a biochar business
  • Use of environmental value such as J-Credits (pursued while confirming eligibility requirements)
  • Building a regional model that passes rich nature on to the next generation

10 / 13WAN-STA MODEL

Dog rescue as a gateway, bringing young energy to the community.

Protecting the lives of dogs gives young people a chance to meet the community. Through rescue dog activities, we nurture the bond between people and animals, connect it to agriculture, forestry and fisheries, and develop new leaders for the region.

Planned regions
Shiga, Nagano, Aichi, Fukuoka, Chiba and Ibaraki

11 / 13COMMUNITY

Independence and coexistence: a community where every life shines.

Older people, people with disabilities, young people and animals alike — not merely beings to be protected, but each bringing what they can and taking part in the community with a role. Independence and coexistence create communities that last.

Team / Partners

No single company
can implement change alone.

Technology, funding, communities, environment, welfare and health. Together with partners who each bring their own expertise, we carry the implementation nurtured in one region to the next region and the next generation.
