Nationwide Rollout and Partnership Strategy with Local Governments
This document describes our strategy for nationwide rollout through partnerships with local governments. In the initial stage, we will install model plants in forward-looking regions and expand to other local governments through site visits and proposals.
Discussions at the concept stage are already under way with some local governments, and we aim to introduce the system in 20 local governments nationwide over the next three years. Regional cities whose main industries are agriculture and fisheries are especially well suited to regional revitalization, making it easy to link with local governments' revitalization plans.

1. Installing Model Plants
In the initial stage, we will install model plants in forward-looking regions. These plants serve as examples for other local governments, demonstrating their effectiveness through actual operation. Site visits attract the interest of other local governments, and proposals to them drive nationwide rollout.

Discussions at the concept stage are already under way with some local governments, and concrete introduction plans have been drawn up.
This makes our goal of introducing the system in 20 local governments nationwide over the next three years increasingly realistic.
The system can be customized to each local government's needs, and deployment that makes the most of regional characteristics is expected.

The system is highly compatible with regional revitalization in regional cities whose main industries are agriculture and fisheries.
This makes it easy to link with local governments' revitalization plans and contributes to the local economy and job creation.
It is important to encourage local residents to take part and to raise awareness across the whole community.

A circular economy that is completed within the region is also highly valued by local governments.
This initiative also contributes to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), making it easy to gain the cooperation of government.
Environmental impact can be reduced through effective use of local resources and waste reduction.

Our strategy for nationwide rollout and partnerships with local governments is an important step toward regional revitalization and achieving the SDGs.
By installing model plants, we will promote expansion to other local governments and aim to realize a sustainable society that makes the most of regional characteristics.
